Visa Invitation Request Form


(Please note this is not a Visa Form, it is just a Visa Invitation Letter Request Form. Once we receive all the details from you, we will prepare the Visa Invitation Letter and Mail it you)

All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from Indian Mission abroad.

The applicants are also requested to visit the website of the Indian Mission concerned for detailed information about Indian visa requirement and process of applying VISA.

Procedures:
  1. Please fill in one form per applicant.
  2. Please fill in the application form in capital letters and once approved, we will send you the invitation letter.
  3. Your embassy or consulate may have an additional fee for issuing your visa.
  4. This is just a facilitation form and does not guarantee a VISA.

    5. Please note: The passport of any applicant must have atleast 6 months of validity beyond the intended date to enter India.

    Accurate information is essential. Full details must be clearly typed. All fields must be filled in.
